Oral and Facial Surgery of Mississippi is committed to providing the finest Oral, Maxillofacial, Reconstructive and Facial Aesthetic surgical care available. Dr. Nichols is a fully trained and licensed dentist and physician. He has earned a degree in dentistry and in medicine as well as completing a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, a course of study requiring an additional 6 years of post doctoral training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Nichols practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. He can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, TMJ disorders, and performs a full range of dental implant procedures.
Surgical Staff
The surgical staff at Oral and Facial Surgery of Mississippi are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. We also have two trained registered nurses (RNs) certified in CPR and ACLS to assist in surgery. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
