My first visit to Dr Nichols office was excellent. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The wait time was not very long. I completed my paperwork online and I found their website to be user friendly. When I met Dr Nichols, he made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all my questions. I made another appointment while I was there and I feel so much more at ease about my upcoming procedure.

First of all the office waiting area, is very cute and have a relaxing home feel. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Now let me brag, on Dr. Nichols. Being a RN for 28 years, I research my surgeons well. So after researching Dr. Nichols and his excellent reviews it was a no brainer. Dr.Nichols is very knowledgeable, personable, and just KIND. I was very sick and in pain and they took such great care of me everyone was so nice the front desk the doctor everyone just couldn't have been treated any nicer and the pain is gone amazingly gone. I didn't expect it so fast
